Hello to all beautiful mothers and sweet babies. Like everyone else, I waited step by step for the day I would write my birth story here 🙈☺ I had a planned C-section at 38+2, since my first daughter was also born by C-section and at 38 weeks, we wouldn't wait for 39 weeks. However, my little peanut, with NST pains lasting for 3 days and reaching 100-105, decided to have our birth, which was supposed to be on April 19th, on April 14th at 37+4 with my doctor. My first birth was with general anesthesia and everyone's experience is their own, but it was a difficult experience for me. Feeling the incision pain as soon as I woke up and being carried on a stretcher to the room in that state 😕 It wasn't what I expected, so this time I wanted spinal anesthesia so I could see my baby and not have pain when the procedure was over 🤗 On April 14th, I was in the operating room at 8:30 in the morning, the doctor first gave a small local injection for the spinal, then the spinal needle, all pains that could be endured. After lying down, I felt a little blurred vision and nausea, they immediately gave me the medication. Then the procedure started 😃 I can say that every procedure is felt one by one, but without pain, stretching, cutting, pressure, but I can guarantee 100% that the feeling of relief at the moment the baby comes out is priceless 🤲🏻💕🌸. The most beautiful sound in the world and the most beautiful relaxation at the same time 😍 All that abdominal tension disappears in an instant, an unbearable feeling of relief 💓 then the baby's checks are done next to you, then the spouse's birth and the closing process. The thing that bothered me the most was the process of bringing the two sides together while closing, which was only 30-40 seconds and someone was constantly talking to me. We were also chatting with my doctor. Everything was over, and when I felt a slight chill, they wrapped me in warm blankets. As I was going to our room, I didn't feel any disturbing pain, pressure, or extra pain, as in my previous birth. My baby came 15 minutes after me, my husband greeted me with teary eyes, then the arrival of my baby, all of it is a reason to choose spinal anesthesia because all these beauties are experienced while not fully recovered in general anesthesia. By the way, I don't know how it happened, but my milk came immediately with spinal anesthesia. Hearing my baby swallow during the first breastfeeding is a miraculous sound for a mother who waited 2 days for milk to come in her first birth 🤲🏻💕 Whether it's because it's my second birth or the advantage of spinal anesthesia, my recovery was shorter this time. The only bad thing I can say is that yes, unfortunately, there is a reality of headache and neck pain, and it's not just any pain, those who have experienced it know, may God not give it to my enemy 🙈 caffeine, dark chocolate and just lying down relieves it unfortunately. My only prayer is that it doesn't last long 🤲🏻 May God grant healing to those who suffer from this pain as soon as possible 💕 I wish you all healthy births and beautiful reunions. Every type of motherhood is difficult, normal, general, spinal, but if possible, normal should be tried in my opinion. Then, despite these pains, spinal would still be my choice. I wrote quite long, but I wanted it to be the same in other stories because I love reading every detail. By the way, my baby came into the world at 08:34 at 52cm and 3650gr. Healthy births to everyone 💓💕
