Hello friends, I am 39+3 weeks pregnant. I had a doctor's appointment today and went to the hospital, but I have no contractions or dilation. My amniotic fluid is also good. My doctor told me to come again on Monday because we will be exactly 40 weeks old on Monday. If I still don't have contractions or dilation, she said we will wait a few more days and induce labor on Tuesday or Wednesday. When we asked if induced labor is very difficult, she said it is not much different from normal contractions, whereas there is a common misconception about it. What are your thoughts? 🤔🤔
