Girls, I have a pain in the lower part of my belly. My baby has been in the birth position for a long time. When I stand up, I feel like her head is going to come out from there, a weight and pressure, and a pain in that area from time to time. Could this be contractions? I also had a period-like pain yesterday for a short time and then it passed.
