I gave birth by cesarean on April 10th, thank God my milk came in, but I can't breastfeed due to breast sores. I resisted as much as I could, I breastfed crying, but now my stitches are starting to hurt from tensing up 😔 I'm using lanolin cream, but I don't see any benefit. My doctor prescribed a cream, but it's not effective either, I put my milk on it, but it doesn't work, I bought breast shields, but my baby doesn't accept them, I can't even pump with a pump, does anyone have a solution please help 🙏🏼
