I had contractions every 5 minutes, I went to the hospital and they said the dilation was barely a finger, they didn't admit me. I endured it for 3 days and today the pain stopped, but I have extreme heartburn and bile coming to my mouth. I also feel pressure in my groin as if the baby is coming out, but there are no contractions. I'm starting to get scared that it will stay inside me 😄. Also, I'm going crazy thanks to the "haven't you given birth yet?" phone calls. What should I do to start contractions?
