Hello girls, I am 21 weeks pregnant, my ankles became like logs overnight, I was very surprised. I live in Antalya, the weather is very hot and I work, my birth was going to be in September anyway, but it happened very early, are there any methods we can do from night to morning to wake up more normal, I walk every evening, I drink 2 liters of water, what else can I do🙁
