Dear moms and moms-to-be, how many kilos did you gain in the first 3 months? I'm in my 6th week and I exaggerated with excitement from the first weeks, thinking it would be good for the baby, and I gained 2 kilos. My doctor said that it should be zero kilos in the first 3 months, so now I'm on a diet and trying to eat less 😣
