Hello mothers and mothers-to-be. I want an epidural normal birth, but I'm extremely scared and have panic attacks, so with God's permission, I have 80 days left until my birth and I'm not doing well at all. What is it? Is it a very painful method? If anyone has experienced it or knows about it, can you please help? Thank you very much in advance.
