Hello friends, I have been constipated for 2 days, I keep going like this once every 3 days, I am tired of it, my head hurts so much that it feels like my heart is beating inside, they are playing drums, my constipation is causing my headache. My headache started yesterday morning, I took 1 parol around this time yesterday and it doesn't affect me at all, I couldn't sleep at night, throb throb. 😢😢😢 I feel very bad, I am weak, I have tried olive oil, water, apricots, I have nothing left to try, I need your ideas
