Hello, last week on Saturday I went to the doctor for a check-up for my period. I had an ultrasound 1 day before my period. The doctor said everything was fine, but she didn't take any blood or anything from me. I suspected pregnancy and she gave me Clomen pills, telling me to use them like this... My period is 5 days late, normally it's late by 1 week anyway. I took a test and it was positive. Do you think a 4-week-old baby would be visible on ultrasound? Also, is it normal not to feel nauseous? I should be around 5 + 3 weeks now, my last menstrual period was March 29th
